What customers say
Midwest Moving Direct was a life saver! They moved and installed pallet racks at my husband’s warehouse. They arrived on time and were incredibly pleasant! Special shoutout to Joey, Brian, and Craig for making this a seamless experience! If anybody is reading this, HIRE THEM! You won’t regret it!
Crew was professional and on time. They did a great job communicating the day of install. Quick and efficient as if they had been doing it for years. Cleaned up after themselves. Happy with their service. Have more equipment coming and anticipate more of the same. Top notch!
Joe and Brian have moved several furniture pieces for me in the last several months. All were completed efficiently and at a fair price. One item needed to go to Colorado and Joe was able to have it transported from door to door, again at a reasonable price I recommend their services!
Frequently asked questions
Can you pack just the kitchen?
Yes. Kitchen and fragile-only packing is one of our partial options, and you pack the rest.
When do you pack?
Usually the day before the move, so the house is ready when the truck arrives. Larger homes can take two days.
Do you bring the boxes?
Yes. Full packing includes all supplies. For partial packing or packing yourself, we can deliver boxes ahead of time.
Will you unpack too?
If you add it, yes. We unpack to the rooms you choose and take the empty boxes and paper away.
Do I need to be home while you pack?
Someone should be there at the start to walk through what's going and what's staying. After that, most people get on with their day.
